1. Limited License.

   Vero grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software for your personal use solely in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions (these “terms”) and the online Terms of Service at https://vero.co/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”) and Privacy Policy at https://vero.co/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), as if the Software were “Services” under the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; provided these terms control in the event of any conflict therewith. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. The Software is provided “as is” and with all faults.

2. Restrictions.

   You will not (and will not allow any party to): (a) copy, duplicate, reproduce, rent, lease, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party; (b) modify, adapt or create derivative works of the Software; (c) use the Software for the benefit of any third party, (d) incorporate the Software into a product or service you provide to a third party, (e) interfere with or otherwise circumvent any mechanisms in the Software intended to limit your use, (f) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, ideas algorithms, or technology underlying the Software, except as permitted by law (and then only with prior written notice to Vero), (g) remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in or on the Software.
